- 4:30 pm- guests arrive, music and refreshments in the garden
- 5:00 pm- ceremony
- 5:30 pm- snacks and drinks, photos with the family
- 7:00 pm- receiving line, dinner starts
- 7:30 pm- Father of the groom and bride speech, (before the main course after appetizer)
- 8:00 pm- second round of speeches (before desert), full bar opens
- 8:30 pm- first dance
- 10:30 pm- cake cutting and late night snacks
- 1:00 am- bar closes, events wrap up for the night
