Everyone who is actually going to show up (yes you)

Please let us know when you intend to be coming up to Niagara, how long you will be staying, as well as where you have chosen to stay. You can provide any contact information here it will make it a lot easier for everyone to coordinate logistics.

As an example:

will be arriving on Friday, August 8, and staying there through to the following Monday morning August 10.

Hi, everyone. We are much looking forward to the wedding.
We'll be staying at the Grand Victorian from Friday, August 8, through Monday, August 10.

Grandpa Bill — the Anderson family patriarch — won't be able to attend because of his age (99) but he will be closely monitoring events from his world headquarters on Cape Cod.

We have always wanted to stay at Harbour House hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake,
and this is our chance! We're booked in for both Friday and Saturday nights, and
